Welcome to Skillance. These terms apply to the services available from http://www.skillance.com/ and all its sub-domains.

You should read all the terms carefully. The User Agreement constitutes as a legally binding agreement between you and Skillance.

This User Agreement is valid from 1 July 2007 and is effective upon acceptance for new users.

While using Skillance, you will not:

Post a skill, request or upload any content in inappropriate categories on Skillance;

Post a skill, request or upload any content which is considered as 'Adult', 'sexually-oriented' or offensive to any race, gender, religion or nationality.

Breach any laws;

Upload copyright material;

Infringe the copyright, trade mark or rights of third parties;

Breach our policies;

Post, upload or list any false, inaccurate, misleading information. This includes personal information;

Manipulate other users' posts;

Distribute or post spam, chain letters, scams or pyramid schemes;

Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Skillance or Skillance's users;

Copy or distribute any copyright or trade marked material that belong to Skillance;

Collect information about users such as Email addresses, telephone numbers without their express consent.

We here at Skillance work with the Skillance community to keep the site working properly and the community safe. We take abuse to the site very seriously and will take appropriate action if we find that Skillance or the Skillance community is being abused,

Please report any problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us. Click the feedback icon on the top right from anywhere on the site to get in touch with us.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend your account, warn the Skillance community not to transact with you and/or take legal and technical steps to stop you from using Skillance if:

There is proof that you have been harassing Skillance staff or Skillance users;

You are exposing Skillance or Skillance users to legal liabilities;

Skillance thinks that you are not acting in accordance with this agreement.

You agree not to hold Skillance responsible for any loss incurred as a result of us taking the actions described above.

We do not tolerate spam sent to the Skillance members (from non-members or members of Skillance) by Email, Phone or Post. If you think that you are being spammed please report this to us immediately to Skillance using the feedback icon on the top right from anywhere on the site.

Skillance enables people who need skills to connect with people who have them. For this to work users need to share some personal information such as their telephone number, address and Email address. You agree to use user information in accordance with the Skillance agreement and data protection laws.
